Policies, in plain numbers
Deposits
A refundable deposit of 20% of the item's value is held with every rental and returned in full at check-in when the piece comes back undamaged.
Late returns
After your due date there is a 1-day grace period. Beyond that, a surcharge of $15.00 per day applies, capped at $150.00. Your return receipt itemises it exactly.
Damages
Normal wear is expected. Damage beyond that is assessed at check-in, discussed with you, and shown transparently on the return receipt before any charge.
Turnaround
Every rental includes 1 day of professional cleaning between bookings, so the next person receives it immaculate.
Holds
Unpaid reservations are held for 48 hours before the dates are released.
